Great service, easy to use, love being able to check online and keep track of orders to see when delivered and view past flower ordersHave used the Flower shop several times and always had great service and beautiful flowers. Most recently had to send a wreath. The flower shop delivered in both service and quality. As I am in Australia my cousin sent a photo of the wreath and it was absolutely stunning! Very beautiful and vibrant just as ordered. Before ordering I had to call to check a couple of things and they were very helpful over the phone. Thank you.

First time I’ve ordered from this florist and it was all done online so the service was as expectedOrdered a funeral wreath online and it’s the first time I’ve ordered from this florist, the wreath looked like it did on the picture on their website so was pleased with my order when I saw it, the only criticism is there wasn’t any information about approximately how big wreaths are and no choice of cards to accompany the flowers but it wouldn’t deter me from ordering again from here

I was a bit apprehensive, as I am still getting used to online shopping, and I am still of the opinion that I prefer physically going into a shop to choose something. Especially if it is a gift. Anyway, I gave this a go. I found that the selection of Bouquets available online was good. Once I had picked what I wanted, all I had to do was fill in the form giving details of where I wanted the flowers delivering to and when. The flowers arrived, on time and in excellent condition. The recipient was very happy. I also think the prices were reasonable :)

I love the idea of this service! It means flowers can be delivered to the recipient from a local florist, therefore helping local businesses wherever the recipient and sender are located. This was the second time using this florist and on this occasion iam not as happy as the first time of using them, this bunch of flowers has not lasted half as long as my first bunch, my first bunch lasted 2 weeks before any of the flowers died but with this bunch they had not lasted a week before quite a few of the flowers had died.

The flowers were great, thank you. There was a mix-up and initially the flowers were delivered too early but they were taken away without any problem and then delivered on the correct day. This was due to me being confused on the web site and maybe this should be looked into. I was able to both set a delivery date and also tick a box which said "florist to deliver flowers as soon as possible". I don't think the site should have allowed me to opt for both of these options? It was confusing because I thought the "deliver asap" option was referring to if the flowers were delayed and couldn't be delivered on my delivery date due to supply problems in the current crisis.
